We are definitely going to make you work for the booty! The workouts are hard, however they are meant to be repeated. The Booty Building Box programs all come with a Maintenance section and a Track & Repeat.

It’s not only about doing the workouts and getting results, it’s about learning why certain exercises work better and how to continue on your own. It’s understanding the process and the science behind training and eating right.

The programs are designed for anyone from beginner to advanced. The workouts are anywhere from 20min to 1h depending on your activity level. Twice a week at the most. Wether you haven’t worked out in years or you train 5 days a week it will work into any routine.

The first couple of workouts are once a week, and can be challenging for most. If you haven’t worked out in a while you might find it difficult to even think of repeating the first round, and that’s OK! The most important thing is that you track everything down, so that after the 8 weeks when you go back to week one and redo it you can see how 2-3 rounds would be much easier. That way not only are you making physical changes but most importantly you can see the amount of strength that you’ve gained.

Now if you’re advanced and have been training for years, and you feel ready to jump in you can go straight into twice a week by doing week 2 right away on that Thursday and week 3 on Monday and week 4 on Thursday jumping right in back to back.
