It’s finally here! You guys have been asking for it and here it is. The first beginners to advanced upper body strength workout. You can do it anywhere at home, in the gym, outside! Make sure to take your time go slow and focus on proper form. This workout includes 5 of our top upper body strength exercises;
1. Rock climbers to warm up the shoulders.
2. Drop push ups advanced to pushups.
3. Plank to push ups “elbows”.
4. Superwomans! and a little swim.
5. Stand to crawl plank/drop pushups.
2-4 sets of 10 reps.
