PEACH MONTH IS ALMOST HERE!
PEACHES & CREAM
- Saute peaches on a high heated pan with a touch of maple syrup
- Add peaches on top of 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts & organic cinnamon
I love this as an afternoon snack. It’s the perfect combination of getting that sweet craving in along with the needed protein. Peaches are packed with vitamin C and minerals with only 39cals per 100grams it makes a perfect hint of sweetness.
The combination of sweet fruit with high protein helps control insulin levels from rising also the add in of organic cinnamon which is a glucose controller is an added bonus.
