Berry Shakes

Berries are vibrant this time of year and they are filled with antioxidants and low in sugar. Here are some wicked berry shakes and popsicle ideas. Also you can buy frozen berries and keep them in the freezer for a while, I find organic frozen berries to be so good like wild blueberries.Wild Blueberry Dream: 1 cup cashew milk- 1 small cup probiotic yogurt- 1 cup wild frozen or fresh blueberries- 1 table spoon of organic cinnamon.

Red Raspberry Love: 1 ½ cup coconut milk- 1 cup Raspberries- 1 tbsp organic honey- ½ scoop vanilla protein- crushed ice.





Sweet Summer: Puree 2 ½ cups of diced watermelon, coconut water, lime juice and touch of honey. Pour into popsicle mold add in mint leaves and freeze.

Coconut Lime: Puree 1 ½ cups of vanilla Greek yogurt add ¾ lime juice and ½ cup of coconut cream. Add to mold and add in lime zest then freeze.

Honeydew Melon: Puree 3 cups of honeydew, add 2 tbsp of organic honey, 6 mint leaves and 1 tbsp of lime juice. Add to mold and freeze.

Raspberry Lemonade: 1 can of low sugar frozen lemonade, 48 oz of Friska sugar free blend together add to molds and add in fresh raspberries.
