- Banded Pull Backs 15 each side
- Lunge switch Jumps 10
- Banded Sumo Squat walks 10 each side
- Step ups 10 each side
- Plank to Pushups 5 each side
- Pushups/Drop Pushups 10
Repeat 2-3 times enjoy!!!
