  • Banded Shoulder Presses 15
  • Banded Pull Backs 15 each side
  • Lunge switch Jumps 10
  • Banded Sumo Squat walks 10 each side
  • Step ups 10 each side
  • Plank to Pushups 5 each side
  • Pushups/Drop Pushups 10

Repeat 2-3 times enjoy!!!
