Curtsy (Back Cross) Lunges!

I love Curtsy Lunges to help build that side curve! The trick is to use MMC (Mind Muscle Connection) and really focus on sticking out that side curve, feeling it all along your side booty. The best way to optimize this exercise is to keep it to one side at a time reinforcing MMC. Working out one leg at a time for 12-15 reps until you feel that side burn then switch. Eventually you can add weight to intensify this movement.
