Q: Do I need to get the Booty Building Box?

 

A: This is your preference. We also offer the Online Digital Program. The Booty Building Box comes with; three booty bands (light, medium & strong) an adjustable skip rope for cardio, a travel water bottle and the program in booklet style, it has everything  you need to get started. If you don’t have bands, it’s suggested to get the box for those reasons. Clients are also loving having the printout booklet to check off their workouts in. 

 

 


Q: What is your return policy?

 

A: The Booty Building Box is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. You’ll receive a refund (original method of payment) within 7-10 business days after the order arrives back to us. Original packaging (box) and all items originally included by Booty Building Box must be included—any missing items may reduce the credit amount.


Q: Will the resistance booty bands fit me?

 

A: Yes, the resistance bands are one-size-fits-all strength equipment. If the bands don’t fit around your upper thighs, simply lower the band. You can use them anywhere from your ankles to your upper thighs, just avoid using them right on your knees.


Q: Does this program work for everyone?

 

A: This program is designed for healthy individuals who have been approved by a physician to part take in this exercise regime. It consists of two-day-a-week in home workouts making it obtainable to commit to. If you are a working mom, professional or on the road, the Booty Building Program can work for you.


Q: How long do the workouts take?

 

A: Depending on your activity level, our booty workouts can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour. They are meant to work with everyone from beginners to advanced. Simple do as many rounds as you can, once your 8 weeks are done, you can go back and re-start it while adding in more sets and more weights. 


Q: Do I need to be a member of a gym to do these workouts?

 

A: Absolutely not! These programs are designed to be an in-home workout. You don’t need much space or equipment.


Q: What type of strength equipment do I need?

 

A: If you purchase the Booty Building Box, you will have all the Booty resistance bands and cardio equipment required. The only thing you might want to get is weights. I would suggest getting one 10-pound, and one 15 to 20-pound dumbbell or even a kettlebell. The first three weeks are designed to be beginner you can start with 5-10 pounds and see how challenging you want to up your program. 


Q: What if I can’t understand the workouts?

 

A: Don’t worry, we have included a full video library with explanations and demonstrations. This will be sent to you with purchase of the Booty Building Box and the Online version.  Along with that we have stills in PDF form of all the exercises, if you need it in PDF form we can email you that as well. The tutorials are intended to make sure you fully understand how to do each exercise, with proper form. 


Q: How long will it take to see results?

 

A: This depends on your Booty type. For example, Endo-Booties already have volume, they just need to Lift, Tighten and Tone.

Endo-Booties will see results in 4-6 weeks, and definitely by 8 weeks, they will notice a change. 

Ecto-Booty types, on the other hand, will take longer. Depending on how much volume they have to start with. Some Ecto-Booties will see results in 5 weeks. Meanwhile, others might take up to 6 months to really notice the growth. If they stick to the workouts and nutrition plan they will undoubtedly notice results. Remember it’s all about the knowledge of knowing what to do, and how to eat. 

Meso-Booty types will respond faster since they put on muscle fast. They will notice a difference within the first 8 weeks. For continuous growth and added curves, they should stick to the workouts and nutrition plan after the 8 weeks. 

Note: After the first 8 weeks, participants can continue the program. Simply start back from the start, but this time add more repetitions and more weight. Notice the difference in your Mind Muscle Connection and watch that Booty transform!


Q: Is the Food plan designed for all ethnic backgrounds?

 

A: The Booty Food Guide is an understanding of how to nourish your body before and after the workouts for optimal results. It is designed to work with all ethnic backgrounds. 


Q: Is there Vegan or Vegetarian options?

 

A: Yes there is! I’ve included options for vegans and vegetarians for all Booty types. 


Q: What if I’m allergic to certain foods?

 

A: Don’t worry, we’ve included a food list for options so you can substitute foods that you’re allergic to. 


Q: How long will it take to receive my Booty Building Box?

 

A: You can expect your box in approximately 3-10 business days, all depends on distance. 


Q: Is feeling pain after my workouts normal? 

 

A: Yes it is completely normal. You’ll want to feel sore to ensure that you are working hard! I love it when my clients are sore it feels good once you get used to it, it assures you’re doing something right. Most clients feel most of their soreness 48 hours after a lower body workout, so this is also completely normal. If you are a beginner you will notice muscle soreness the next day and possibly up to 72 hours afterward. This program offers advice on what to do to prevent soreness and swelling post workout. It explains how to alleviate some of the pain. The first workout is always the hardest which is why we stuck to 1 day a week for the first couple of workouts. This way your body can heal and get used to the workouts. 


Q: What if I can’t do the exercises?


A: Don’t worry this program is made for all levels if you feel like the exercises or the program is really hard,  you can take your time building up to twice a week. But don’t give up! Go slow, listen to your body, and really get a handle of the exercises one by one—everything in fitness is a process, and you should be proud that you are committing yourself to it.


Q: Will I build muscle in other areas with the Booty Building Program. If so, what should I expect?

 

A: This program is designed for targeted Booty gains and reshaping specifically. Yes, you might notice your legs being more toned but as far as building muscle we have focused on just the Booty. We’ve also included the 6 weeks abs add on program as part of the Bootybuildingbox so you might also notice some abs coming through! Enjoy xo
