She’s dramatically changed her outcome of her third pregnancy with working out and eating better!

Lacey started on her Booty Building Box Journey a year prior to getting pregnant with her third baby. She had amazing results doing the meso booty program and continued to stay on it, when she found out she was pregnant with her third we modified a couple of exercises but she continued to do the program.

Moving into 6 months she’s noticing dramatic differences, not only on the way that she looks, but the health of her pregnancy. She had preeclampsia for her first and second pregnancies. And right now she is cleared and avoided it completely with her third. Not only that she feels lighter, has less back and knee pains and can notice a huge difference with her sleep and how her body feels.

It’s crazy how important incorporating exercise and eating whole foods into your lifestyle prior to pregnancy, but also keeping it up throughout the pregnancy. Some women find it hard during the first trimester due to feeling extremely tired and ill. We’ve had a lot of women completely stop working out, however what we’ve noticed is those who jump back to working out again when the second trimester hits still has incredible benefits from it.

It’s not going to be easy, but it will definitely will be worth it. We recommend taking it slow, being supervised under a health professional and listening to your body the whole way through.
