Banded hip thrusters 10
Banded one legged hip thrusters 10 each leg
Add in 30sec-1min plank hold with 15 abs pull ins in between sets
Banded Kickbacks and sids 12 each
Banded pulse sumo squats 10
Sumo Squat jumps 10
Repeat 2-3 times enjoy!!
